Welcome to Buyerstuff. By creating an account or accessing our pre-owned marketplace, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Marketplace Platform Role
Buyerstuff provides a technology platform connecting independent buyers and sellers of pre-owned merchandise. Users act as independent principals in all negotiations and agreements.
2. Seller Obligations & Listing Accuracy
Sellers agree to provide truthful descriptions, disclose item condition accurately, and possess legal ownership of any item listed. Prohibited, counterfeit, or stolen goods are strictly banned.
3. Offers, Counter-Offers & Binding Agreements
Submitting an offer signifies genuine purchase intent. When a seller accepts an offer, the agreed amount becomes the final transaction price, and the listing is reserved for fulfillment.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in fraudulent behavior, off-platform harassment, spam reporting, or manipulation of the negotiation or review systems. Violations may result in immediate suspension.
