Respectful Negotiations
Negotiation is at the heart of Buyerstuff. We encourage reasonable offers and polite counter-proposals. Lowballing or rejecting an offer is part of the process, but harassment, abusive language, or persistent spam are strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Items
The following categories and items cannot be listed or sold on Buyerstuff under any circumstances:
- Counterfeit, replica, or fake goods
- Stolen merchandise or unverified property
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition & explosives
- Prescription medications & controlled substances
- Hazardous, toxic, or flammable materials
- Adult, explicit, or unlawful content
